By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Envigeek the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services. Payments are not refundable. Unless you notify Envigeek thirty (30) days before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. You may not use our services in any situation where failure or fault of the services could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to physical or environmental damage. Envigeek do not permit the use of our services for actions or activities which, at our sole discretion, may be illegal, offensive, abusive or contrary to accepted internet norms or threaten our infrastructure.

Does your organisation clearly state the terms and conditions of any warranties against product defects and non-performance?

Envigeek will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to make our services available, avoid downtime, and provide customer support, and conduct business in professional manner. Unless otherwise agreed, Envigeek does not guarantee a deployment timeframe but will use commercially reasonable endeavours to deploy the services as described in customer’s order. You may not always be able to increase the amount of capacity that you use on our infrastructure, even when payment for this would be covered by your existing subscriptions or prepaid balance, since our infrastructure may be fully or nearly fully-utilized by other customers. Envigeek shall accomplish the works and services under the general direction of the customer, but Envigeek shall determine, in Envigeek’s sole discretion, the manner and means by which the works are accomplished. Envigeek will not be liable for any losses or liabilities that you may incur as a result of any force majeure event or law enforcement activity.

Is your organisation committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data?

As part of Envigeek’s compliance to PDPA and commitment towards the protection of our customer’s personal information, Envigeek has put in place a personal data protection and compliance principles in which Envigeek stands guided by in the provision of our services to our customers. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers. As Customer, you will provide Envigeek with contact and payment information. Contact information includes your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. Your information will only be used to support your customer relationship with Envigeek, and will never be passed to any third party unless this is necessary to provide services to you or where Envigeek are legally required to do so.

Does your organisation have a system to document complaint cases and have a complaints resolution procedure?

The medium of communication between customers and Envigeek is by sending an email to or submitting a web form with Envigeek’s online helpdesk located at Envigeek shall issue a support ticket and shall track all cases reported by customers, engage appropriate technical staff to work on such cases, and if requested by the customer, provide updates throughout the case.

Does your organisation monitor the system and take actions to maintain compliance with its defined policies?

We are committed to provide 8 business hours response time to our customers. You will be advised of the resolution period for each case if it is possible to determine. Unresponsive case submitted to Envigeek’s online helpdesk will be escalated after 8 business hours and will be notified to higher level.
